I've been bogged down with a stomach bug, honey dos, and work, but got a test sit in with a few friends on Saturday in the blowing snow and the Wrap2R was really good. A few more design tweaks I will make, but it was very comfortable and proved again the Anderson mantra that 4 straps are better than 2! Will post more pics when I get time today.

That looks awesome! I am sure I am not the only one looking forward to more pictures!

I will add that Matthew did an amazing job on this for me with his $10 hand sewing machine in his basement and the idea to use mint flavored dental floss for thread to cover saddle funk scent was genius. Who needs scentlok when you can have mint?!

My materials are coming in this week for a sling. I think I might be building this design!

Having now had a tactisaddle in my handsx I wonder if the anderson design would benefit with a belt designed like rhat? If you did, and rhe bridge was easily adjustable, the bridge could be tightened to hold up the secondo section while walking...
I removed the belt from my Anderson and installed a bungee as someone else had shown. Pull the seat up above my hips and it stays tight enough to walk in. I'm liking it.

More pics....yes please! My wraith is ready for a new big brother!

I loved my Wraptor, but my fear of heights never let me use it for 1 stick or rappelling. I did update one with some fleece, belt, and linesman loops, but it still was not enough. The new Wrap2R was taking shape in my head over this past season thanks to much input from my friends, but I had not found a steal on a walking foot machine, so I found someone with the right machine and skills and she was finally born! Matthew's skill and creativity was superb and it took a lot work together to get it right. Several friends helped me test her out this weekend and all liked it, and we a had a saddle or 10 to compare with it!

NO rings on the bridge loops! Still has the same Anderson core, but the mesh takes the comfort level up significantly without compromising the adjustability. The leg loops attach low on the front side, and also serve to keep the sections closed while walking or when desired. Belt and leg loops are load rated. Lots of gear loops and some molle, because we could. The linesman loops are big enough, but not too big like a couple of commercial options I've seen unveiled this year. It is lighter than the Flex, but I have not weighed it yet. Decked out in all black, it just screams tactical badass while offing fully adjustable comfort to sitters and cleaners that others cannot match. I will keep saying it, Anderson got it right way back in the day, and 4 straps are better than 2 on any day that ends in Y!

Edit - not sure why those pics are weird, either the lighting or my phone is dying?
