This ammo shortage SUCKS

If you or anyone else for that matter needs ammo, I frequent a couple.walmarts and other stores weekly and can find a few boxes of most calibers a week. Yesterday my local Walmart had 3 boxes of winchester deer season xp 270 130 grain. Just holler and I will get it and mail it to ya fir the cost.View attachment 51387
I appreciate and will let you know if need any. just ordered two boxes of ammo online. With shipping it cost me almost $100.00. was going to get 3 boxes but two will do for now. Again I appreciate it and will let you know

.350 legend and 222 swift seem to be everywhere…..

I picked up a 350 for this year and ammo has been very tough to find even online, probably because I live in MI. In particular the Winchester loads I use. Other brands I have been seeing on the shelves. I’ve got 9 hunting rounds left for the season so better make them count

Every time I pull a trigger, I think "there goes $1, $2, $3..."

Every time I loose an arrow I think "there goes $10, $5, $2.50..."

I did however manage to find a few boxes of my slugs several months back so if nothing else, I'll have that for later in the season.

When I travelled around the state, I looked into various gun stores along the way for interest. You may be right to some extent, but I don't see a terrible shortage of ammunition. Some store doesn't have the right calibre ammo, but the next store does, and the one before that doesn't. In principle, I have never stocked up on a lot of ammunition. I always bought them as needed because I had to miss hunting season on more than one occasion because of my job. But I'm sure there's plenty of choice in online stores, and you can order cartridges for any calibre. I have used bulkmunitions. I ordered ammo on this site and even learned what rifle to buy as a beginner hunter.
