I don't know if we have a threat going like this or not, but I wanted to start a thread where we could share our everday blessings!

They can be big or small, meaningful or darn near meaningless, serious or silly. Whatever you consider to be a blessing in your life, share it here! In a world that lives off of the negatives, let's share our positives!

Today I have been blessed with finding my quiver! Huge find because I was going to order one later today because I couldn't find the darn thing.

What have you been blessed with today?

Thankful that God was willing to forgive me even though I turned away from him for years and lived a terrible life.

Thankful that he gave me a Christ following wife who keeps me straight and is truly my better half and a great mom to my 2 kids.

Thankful I live where I live with the freedoms we have been afforded by those who made sacrifices for later generations they would never know.

Thankful for Peach tea, nectar of the gods (just to lighten things up a bit.

Last December I was diagnosed with later stage MDS (a form of bone marrow cancer), only potential curative action was a successful bone marrow stem cell transplant, and I say potential because it only works 50% of the time. They located a donor match for me (31 year old from Germany), I spent the better part of a month on the 10'th floor of Karmanos Cancer Center, back in April/May, I'm about 3 months out from my transplant, still rebuilding strength but feeling good, and all my blood work as of last Monday looking good.

I'm blessed to be created by a loving God, raised by strong Christian parents, married to a great woman who puts up with me and the father of an awesome daughter. I've made it through life thus far working for good companies and about a month away from retirement, good Lord willing and I hunt from a saddle in Michigan. That's just the tip of my blessings iceberg.

I am blessed daily with a family who are healthy, responsible, and loving, a wife who loves the not so perfect me, true friends.and a faith that fills my heart and allows me the strength each day to to do an honest days work in the best country on this wonderful planet. I am also truly blessed to be aware of how truly blessed I am every day. Great thread.

I had a large pine tree dropped in my lap while on the tractor which layed on the stick and dropped the bucket pulling it into me and crushing me which in turn paralyzed me ended up with 4 back surgeries and a lengthy addiction to pain pills, before it was a huge problem! Yet here I am walking, hunting, and 12 years sober with a loving family and more blessings than I can count! Thank you for this thread to make us look at how fortunate we all truly are, so this morning I am fortunate that @Letemgrowitllshow started this thread thank you sir and God bless you all!!!!

I am blessed with a wonderful wife, two great children, a good job and with the living savior that has provided it all to me.
Blessed with God's grace and forgiveness.

Blessed with good friends, a roof over my head and the ability to provide for my family.
Living in a great country that allows me to enjoy all my blessings and freedoms.
Thanks for starting this thread. We should be reminded of our blessings.

Changed the O2 sensor out in the sequoia and the check engine light went away. Everything was stripped and rusted so I had to use easy outs to get the thing off. Two nuts shoulda have taken 5 minutes but took like 3 hours with trips to the store for tools. Getting that guy in and having the dash not light up was a real blessing. Wife asked, “you want to say a prayer” before cranking. She said, “remember even the small things.” So I said a prayer and that little sensor decided to make the engine happy. Blessed with a Godly woman is great thing.

Blessed that I woke up in less pain after visiting the hospital last week for second round of kidney stones and that I’m able to slowly get back to normal and back in the gym. Blessed to have a wonderful wife unit that takes amazing care of her broken husband and blessed that a CT Scan showed everything else from the chest down is in good shape and working as it should.
