Took the plunge…

Finally took the plunge and got the Cruzr kit with platform. Hauling my Summit Viper on public land just got to be too much. After lurking here and watching video after video I decided to get it. Plus their Father’s Day sale and my veterans discount I couldn’t pass it up. Now for some sticks and ascenders and I’m ready to start practicing. Can’t wait for fall and opening day now.

Saddle isn’t a cure all but it sure helped me out a ton. Allows me to hunt all day all the time without headaches and what not. That’s the main reason I got into it. Then I found the other upsides along the way. You won’t regret it.

it really shines once you get a super comfortable pack with waist and chest strap and that fits you well

then get all the weight as close to your back and hips as possible and don't have anything hanging way off of you.....the weight carries so much better and you can slip around in thick stuff without getting hung up (I used to have to have pruners handy to cut myself out of sticker bushes....not anymore)
