Several, I cut down or destroy plants every summer. I've even had idots mark their paths to their plots.
Try to talk to state police and maybe the local drug task force.Several, I cut down or destroy plants every summer. I've even had idots mark their paths to their plots.
I live in one of them areas were local law enforcement is lazy and tries to pass the buck to the other agencies. Only way I can get the local sheriff department to respond is tell 911 that shots were fired.
Lease it to a couple officers for a few years, they wont tolerate trespassing and you make a few dollars

I live on my property. All the trespassing is happening on the other side of my land. Yesterday I placed several cameras on all the entry points. Now just sit back and wait to see what I get.Question: are you local yourself to the area, or are you trying to handle this from a distance?
I ask because to be brutally honest, there is little to nothing you can do if you are not consistently present on the property. If you're driving up on the weekends here and there, you'd be better off selling, especially if you cant get the law and/or a local neighbor involved. My grandfather has land on the other side of the state that for all intents and purposes belongs to the trailer-trash that live next to it.
Its not the way it should be, but I'm a realist. If you bought/leased the property as a form of stress relief, why let it keep you up at night? Cut your losses and move on.
Gotcha. That's an easier row to hoe. Hope you get some pictures the LEO's can do something with.I live on my property. All the trespassing is happening on the other side of my land. Yesterday I placed several cameras on all the entry points. Now just sit back and wait to see what I get.
