Trophyline Ambush Lite

Get out? Really? That’s awesome. Those pads look cool. How do you like them?

Haven’t tried them yet, but whenever I try out the saddle here shortly I’m gonna throw those bad boys on and I’ll update you

Mine will be here tomorrow. I was order 1032 I think. First saddle, betting my wife comes home to find me hanging on the side of a tree swinging in circles like a little kid lol

I’m gonna bet you live close to their shipping headquarters if I had to guess! That’s what happens when I get things quickly from some companies, then I look up address and I could have just driven to there warehouse lol...
any way, I’m glad everyone is having success and that someone in the industry is prepared logistically, and stocked before they freaking make a product go live. Even with the beast sticks, I don’t understand. Why not work out ALL The bugs from moving productions to China, getting all the parts, fixing e-commerce issues, the list goes on for a lot of companies... I think they should be more like TL and have shipping containers full of products, then make the commercially available. I know this is hard for start up companies, but it’s either play with the big dogs, or get bit by the big dogs.

I totally agree with you. Feels like a money grab. Not talking away from quality of product, as I’ve read good things about the competitors, however you need to have a better business plan prior to rolling out new product and having enough supply to fill demand. I’m sure they knew this would blow up.

I agree all great products etc but damn some companies spend so much money on promoting saddles to just take peoples money and make them wait. Should have promoted saddles, then when they saw traction, instead of dumping more money on promotion, put that money into production and be ready for the explosion lol

Just to be clear I know NOTHING about saddles... but entrepreneurial experience and building a business from a garage I am fully educated and have done it LOL... it is a headache and lots of hardships so I know what the companies are going through. So, I’m well versed is business, e commerce, internet presence, social media networking, customer service, logistics, and anything else ha. Sorry didn’t want to come off as a keyboard warrior, and that I know anything about the saddle world, but business/ e commerce I’m submerged in DAILY!

Okay these knee pads are the bees knees (pun intended). I’ve never really used knee pads before but I really like the buckle system on these. Extremely quiet and secure.

In this photo I’m using the new TL Ambush. First impression.. Love it. It’s roomy and really cups your butt. The adjustable bridge is very nice.

Have you been in a Mantis? It's the only saddle I have to compare it to... My Ambush will be here on Monday...

I have been in the Mantis but not for more than 30 minutes. I’ve yet to hunt out of the Mantis so I can’t really give an honest review on which one I like better. I will say that my first opinion is that the Ambush is going to be more comfortable to sit in. The adjustable bridge is very nice and it’s easy to adjust while you’re set up. I am hunting tomorrow evening and plan on using my Mantis. Hoping I don’t regret it and wish I brought my TL instead!

Also I don’t see any issues with wearing the Ambush in to your setup. The waist buckle can be noisy whenever you are first putting it on but once it’s on it’s comfortable and I didn’t have any issues with noise

I took my saddle out today and set for a couple hours. The leg straps pinch my nuts. I’m going to figure out what is causing that. Other than that pretty comfortable. It’s my first time ever in a saddle.

My leg straps do the same when tether is too high. Try to lower a bit, and shorten bridge a bit.
