What mods are you guys thinking of doing?
I added a Nikon binocular case to the back side and a small fieldline pouch to the right side. The case carries my tether and the small pouch hold my range finder and flashlight. I keep my pull rope and gear hanger in the zipper pouch and lineman belt in the smaller pouch. The tether was hard to get in and out of the zipper pouch I thought.

Before you do that, look into oplux/Beal jammys. Or even just putting a tender on your rope to use with your current prusik. Save yourself about $40 if you do that.

My beal jammies are impossible to tend on my oplux after applying my weight.

Well a couple of snowflakes coming down in northern Wisconsin so good day to go out in the backyard and hang from a tree. I got the large because I have about a 38-inch waist. It seems like it's still a little big and I do need to make sure that I use both the waist belt in the bridge tightened in order for it to stay in place. I gave no butt. Walking around the backyard the leg loops are a little annoying but I just hook them to Carabiner for my lineman belt and that worked out good. When the bridge is tightened into a belt mode it puts the lineman loops really close to the leg loops and it's easy to hook a carabiner there. Having 3 carabiners is pretty nice.
