Trophyline Platow

I ordered one hopefully I can use this with platform and sticks and not have to carry a small pack as well. Looks like it will work for what I want. Hopefully it shows up before I leave for my trip on the 23rd.

Mine should be in tomorrow. Looking forward to digging through it

Mine was just delivered to me at work.My first impression is positive. It seems to be quiet, well made and the storage and pockets are exactly what I wanted. When I get home,I'll load it up and put my ultimate one stick on it to see how it rides. One thing I do like is that the clips that would hold a platform are located high enough that it should be easy to remove the platform without taking the pack off.I'm thinking if I put a dump pouch on the molley loops,my climbing rope will be right at my finger tips and nothing should have to be removed to start climbing.I'm a minimalist and generally don't like or use packs.Initially, this seems to be a very thought out piece of gear that should do exactly what I want it to do.

Pictures are way cooler!!!!

Went through mine a bit last night. Definitely a lot going on at first with straps everywhere, so I would load it down and adjust straps and then roll them up with the elastic that’s provided before anything else. Fabric is great and kind of collapses on itself when it’s not full so that’s nice. Pockets are huge and organized well. But for anyone else who’s received theirs.. what would these be for?E8D70C55-5155-4156-B8F1-B0D872665566.jpeg

I'm assuming a water bladder as it is hydration compatible.

That’s what I thought at first, what about those to straps in the pocket?

this pack is bigger than it looks btw.Hoping someone or even TL does a review on it

@goody94 can you take a few more pics of that dump pouch? I was thinking of picking one up to add to my F1 and I'm trying to figure out which of the vintage pouches to pick up. Thanks!

I'll try to get a few more later. I like the functionality and size, but its got snaps for attaching to the molle and those can tend to come undone. It doesn't fall off just gets looser. That is one thing I dislike. I've heard others say the zipper gave them trouble, but mine never has. My guess is you'd like it, not love it. But its $10, can't beat that price for what it is.

I just got back from a morning hunt (opening day in MO) and my Platow was on my porch. I hurried up and switched everything from my regular early season pack to the Platow made a few adjustments and walked around the house, and I will tell you the Platow carried the weight way better then my mystery ranch 2 day assault pack. Can't wait to use it this weekend for a hunt. For reference I loaded it up with my EDP and a EWO one stick. If I was using 4 sticks it would not work very well in my opinion.

do you guys think this would work well with 3 beast sticks (full length). Would love to get your thoughts

I think so, you could always strap them vertically to the outside of platform if you’re carrying one on the straps of the platow. This way they aren’t hitting thighs if you’re worried about that. In addition to the straps on bottom though there’s another set on top of pack situated below where the platform would sit.

I still have yet to load it with the hawk minis I have.

Let me know how it works when you do

Got my pack in today and just had time to get it out if the box and look it over.
First thoughts are it is well laid out, quiet and well made.
I will try my 4 Beast minis strapped on top of the pack with my Mission on the shoulder straps.
If that doesn't work out I will use my Innovating the Outdoors bungee and strap the sticks to the platform and use the shoulder straps of the pack.
