I only need three.
9.5 feet with the first stick and 7.5 feet with the next two.
Plus a platform or ROS
Maybe only two sticks if I put my aider on my ROS

Yes it did. It was a bear. The funny thing is, I didn’t need to do it. Being in the middle of loops is not a problem. I just saw I was and thought of what was posted here and so thought I’d give it a try.

I got them yesterday.... no duty. They look great and will work well I think. Sometime before next September I have to get you to make some custom aiders.
 
Alright guys, I put a video together. I start saying it is short but it's about 13 minutes or so. For reference I think I say Versa Strap a few times, what I actually have is Versa Lite Straps on the sticks, as well as the custom strap (it is made from the same webbing as the Versa Lite). The predator in the video has a Predatail. I'm no professional, so if the video sucks in quality and content, just consider the source. Just trying to throw something together for people to see some uses and stuff. @ckossuth can correct me on anything I may have misspoke about. I just noticed that I am out of the frame when I set the Predator, must have happened during editing/uploading. I will shoot another video with just the Predator hang. I can also cover some work arounds that some guys having problems getting the prdator tight enough can use. Sorry about that fellas.

But I can't see how these are better than what comes with the predator.

it doesn't slide on as easily as the tethrd strap, nor is it as easily taken off. I may be doing it wrong.. anyone else experience that?
 
The custom strap that @Squirrels has works great. Keep in mind though, if you prefer, you can use your stock Versa Strap/Versa Lite in the same way as an aider. Instead of having one big loop at the end to throw over the top post of the stick, you would just connect it as the pictures below show. I only throw one loop over one side of the step. But you can double it up if it makes you feel better.

Do you have the original Predatail? I found you on my list and it looks like you were #13 on the list.
