Curious who got what color Cruzr saddle (gray or black) and if you had a reason. Interested in hearing how it worked with or against your camo. Also, I’m not interested in hearing from the guy who trolled the last few threads about how he kills all the deer with no camo. We get it, O’Doyle rules.

Armbreaker, I believe, got his in custom camo....so there is that possibility too.

It was a custom option in December for sure.

There was no options when I bought them. Black was the only one.

A black size 1 and a gray size 2. The gray one will be going up for sale--it's a bit too big and I don't like the gray, it's almost more white than gray.

When I ordered mine Cruzr XC all they offered was black but a couple days after I ordered they offered the gray. So I called Chad and switch my order to gray. They sent me the black one so I called Chad and he took care of it and sent me the gray one and I had it in a few days and sent the black one back. He even sent me a postage paid envelope. I can't say enough about how well I was treated by Chad and Cruzr. What a great saddle and company.

I just purchased a black XC. My first foray into the world of saddle hunting. I can see arguments for either color, lighter to blend better in open space, dark to blend better with the tree.

Gray, very happy with the look. It has picked up some dirt stains and looks pretty woodsy now.

I'm a new guy here but I went with the gray. I figured if anything it would blend into the white oak trees I frequently hunt from.

Grey for me too, really no reason why just figured it might blend a little better if a deer looks up than black but have nothing to back up that claim.
