What kind of sticks do you use?

Chopped Lone Wolfs w double step on top, each with Amsteel aider, stock buckle straps, everything stealth stripped.

Lone wolf sticks currently, but just pulled the trigger on 5 WE steps with knaider and swaider about 2 hrs ago so we will see what the future holds. I'm really liking the idea of the wild edge steps, now just to see if my experience matches my expectations.

3 24" homemade sticks with double steps. 2 amsteel aiders and 1 aider with 2 steps.

I use 5 beast sticks. Wish they packed better and the step was about 1” further from the tree.

Might try one sticking.

I hope there are some other options at the ATA.

I use 4-6 beast sticks , but I completely agree with enkriss...

I use 4 unmodified lone wolf sticks with daisy chain webbing straps and a lone wolf seat modified to be a platform. Awaiting an Artiesian Outdoors stick platform to complete the setup and give my assault hang on its seat back.

Muddy Pros because I enjoy the torture of toting three of these things around...just ordered some LWCG sticks because I am sick of the Muddy weight. Love the cam system but the fat lady has sung for my fat sticks...

I use beast sticks right now. If the ambush i ordered has been straightened out from the last one I likely will be using LWCG double step sticks next season.

LW & Helium’s both chopped & modded. I personally couldn’t buy anything on the market & not modded them, just nothing marks all the check boxes for me. Beast sticks & the new ooal sticks seem to be the closest for a non modded production stick. Whatever you get invest in stealth strip. Sticks are the noisy portion of a setup.

I’m new to this site but not new to saddle hunting, I recently got back into saddle hunting this year after years on a regular tree stand. I saddle hunted as a teen, I’m 49 now. For you older guys out there you might remember the Andersen tree sling, I recently pulled mine out of storage and used it again after all these years and fell back in love with the saddle, I just updated my saddle to a Tethrd. So far so good except sticks. Tonight I used a set of lone wolf sticks that I have had for years and hated them. They are like new because I haven’t used them very much. I used a homemade lone wolf seat converted into a platform and that was good. But I’m looking for recommendations on sticks. Thanks Jason
I had 4 of the Lone Wolfs in my garage from stand hunting and didn't care for them much either. I cut them down shorter to a 2 step, added stealth strips and use daisy chained 7/64" amsteel and really like them now. The shorter size makes a world of difference placing them on the tree and if you can't get the height you want you could always add a step aider. Saved me a few bucks, weight and now I have a set of sticks I really like.

4 DIY 24" double step sticks mostly made of EWO parts.

Under 7 lbs with woven daisy chains.

They don't stack in a line like Beasties which is a bummer, but the LW standoffs pivot to work with tree variability which is very nice.

Have you tried stacking 2 of them side by side and turning them opposite of the other 2 that are stacked side by side? I spin the first set of 2 where the stand offs on one set are facing the opposite of the other 2. I hope this isn't too confusing. Let me know if you need more of an explanation. I do mine this way and they are 5 and 1/4" wide stacked together. I hold them all together with a couple of gear ties.

Cut down lone wolfs to 25 inches two single steps and Amsteel
