I will be in this boat next year. This was probably my last year as a climber hunter. I've done a ton of research on saddles and which climbing method I wanted to do. Nothing about any of the processes are complicated. I can't wait to start ordering stuff for the 2021 season. I am definitely leaning towards 1-stick/ rappelling for next year. Talk about super light setup. This was my first year switching from a climber to a saddle, and I am addicted. Next year I plan on dropping the sticks for srt/rapel or one sticking. The lighter weight was nice this year for sure, but dropping even more has me super excited
I saw on Sean’s Outdoor Adventures on YouTube his “Ultimate Climbing System”. I think that will be my ideal setup. I’m really comfortable on those types of ladders. Other than that I’m really comfortable in the saddle. I may change my bow hanger and figure out something new to hold my milkweed, but that’s about it.........how long until September gets here?
......
Bowtech made a revolt xl up to 33”DLSame here but companies refuse to put out long draw bows. I will have to stick with my one and only bow from 2015.
