Don’t forget they released a saddle last year….that they paid someone else to design and make before they mass produced them. Oops I guess that part wasn’t common knowledge.They have terrible customer service/business sense! I really like their steps(which they didn’t design and do not make) and their platforms are nice designs but WAY over priced. Last year all I ever heard or saw from them was them building a shop and hanging out with their kids.

Again, not everyone has social media. If you aren't going to acknowledge customers that contact you via email or phone, why have and/or advertise them as a viable method of communication? They LOVE to throw spam email my way though....I have had quick communication through Instagram DM. No problems with products just questions, but answers within the day usually.
