Wow....Trophyline hooked Levi Morgan

I think they are referring to the inner neoprene used inside the saddle. The rubber like material will grip your clothing better (for guys that have problems with their saddle riding up or clothes sliding down) or perhaps it could be the rubber lazier cut mollie on the belt???? It’s my understanding that the waist belt itself moves freely in between the materials similar to the “freedom belt” on Tethrd Phantom XL or the OG latitude saddles….. but perhaps I misunderstood what was being shown in the review video.

thanks....i just hope no parts that can become weight bearing (in a slip) are constructed out of something like rubber or neoprene....i would count as such any internal loops that hold the belt to the saddle

We also get higher prices. Do we really need some shill telling us how we can walk undetected into the woods if we just use a certain magic spray bottle of no smell juice?

I don’t know most of the names in this thread, but I’d question the “benefit” of any review coming from someone getting paid for it.

Now Rut Daniels getting signed by Mossy Oak is the real story here.
Did you think every person who bought Air Jordan’s thought they were going to be able to do the same thing he could? Or every person who buys wranglers races like the Earnhardt family? No way. But sponsors are sponsors and they sell products.
As for higher prices, wait thirty to sixty days after that new amazing product comes out at full price and then get it here at a sweet discount in the classifieds when some member realizes that product is in fact not the greatest thing ever.

If you're speaking of these here classifieds, you must mean $10 below retail, because that's the standard asking price on most everything :tearsofjoy:

I am not picking on Trophyline at all I am refering to all types of marketing for businesses for products or services.
I love trophyline. Always have but, for some reason the world seems to think we all need to follow or be like someone else.
social media is a huge decietful tool for selling something.
lets sll admit that everyone is a super pro or expert on social media.
Marketing can be a nasty game and very misinforming especially if we see some kind of high profile name.
I own a small business and I get it and know how marketing and branding works.
I hate it and cant stand the kind of deciet that goes along with it.
A good buisness who makes great products or provides great service should never have to do this.
word of mouth is really the biggest advertising and reputation type thing a good buisness should need.
A business with great products and great customer service will eventually shine with none of these sales type marketing gimmiks.
this type stuff makes me a super skeptic of companies.
Also I am sorry and no offense to this gentleman but who the hell is Levi Morgan? Lmao

I have to say, if you don’t know who levi morgan is, you are probably rereading 1980s field and stream and watching your hunting shows on vhs.

Sometimes but not all of them.
there was some great info on those old vhs tapes and magazines.
Well ad i type this response to you on my mini laptop iphone 11 which i use for alot of things.
I am no expert nor do I ever want to be.
When becoming a so called expert the learning comes out of what your trying to accomplish.
Ive watched and read alot of things in my years most was all sales pitch bs
Vhs? Oh hell yes all the way back to some great Dan Fitzgerald vhs.
honestly over the years im a skeptic to most sales pitches. Do with that said I let my lessons learned from past experiences teach me new things, not some so called pro/expert trying to sell me a sales pitch.
hats the problem with this world these days.
Everyone wants instant results snd to become an over night sensation.( A viral influencer )

ever need s tip pm me ill give ya a hand
lol

If you don't bow hunt or simply have blinders on regarding archery, I get it, but rather than asking a forum or painting the picture you're putting out... @Robert loper you should go to www.google.com and type Levi Morgan and hit the search button.

A huge part of the human's brain ability to learn is by watching others and it is wired into us to watch and learn from people that are more experienced and successful. So, it's natural that advertising works on us.

Levi Morgan is a great archer and I've learned a ton from watching his youtube videos.

Looks like you have a few sticky letters on that lap top. I’mm 44, not far behind you and no kid. I’m sure Levi Morgan has put in his time with 13 world championships and I would put a little stock into what he says about archery. Now i do agree he is likely doing some of this for the money, wearing First Lite who is owned by and anti 2A company and some of the other changes he has made over the last few years. However, he was making tutorials to help people long before he was as popular as he is. So what credentials do you have that we should value your opinion over his? Can you fine tune a bow, arrows, execute a great release most of the time, beat some of the world’s best archers? He proved himself before he started giving info, have you?

I get that and i agree. Im stating from an advertisement or marketing prospective.

I know, right? His name is all over Swhacker Broadheads now as well and he has his own line with them. The companies go on and on about how awesome and important he is, but I had never heard of him prior to seeing his name on Swhacker broadheads maybe 6 months ago, and have still never seen him on any sort of hunting show, video or article. And I watch and read a lot of those.

Certainly not knocking him or the products. I'm sure they're great. I just find the whole thing amusing. Almost reminds me of Rut Daniels from Catchin' Deers...leaves you wondering if it's actually a real person or not
Levi has used Schwackers at least since 2015. I think he got his sig line maybe 2020(?) I heard a rumor (source is maybe 50/50) that he owned a portion of Schwacker. He may or may not. He does own (or a large portion) of TAC vanes.

He's had a show on Outdoor/Sportsmen's channel, what, 8 or 9 years? It used to be called Name the Game and he left long time bow manuf. Mathews for Elite for I think 2 yrs and came back to Mathews and changed the name to Bowlife. Other than his little fling with Elite he's stayed with Mathews, Gold Tip for arrows and pretty much Schwackers. He's also stayed with QAD target and hunting as a rest for as long as I can remember. He was with B-Stinger forever on stabs until he started dabbling making his own. Sites and releases he seems to change up a bit but I don't think those two are money things, I think he truly has a bit of trouble finding what he meshes with. Last year he didn't even carry a sponsor on releases, he shot a frankenstein homemade deal trying to find what he wanted.

Him and John Dudley collabed on that SureLoc site and Dudley was a LONG time SureLoc guy. I think they both liked that site but it was SureLoc who dropped the ball and released it to public but after 3-4 years they never shipped. I think they both got frustrated with SureLoc over that and Dud went to Spott Hogg and Levi to Axcel. But I can't really blame either of them on that. That Carbonic site looked awesome on paper and in videos but 3-4 years later you couldn't get one.

He is a for real archer with 13 straight ASA championships, which is a record. He consistently makes the Vegas shootoff each year with a perfect 900 and came in 2nd one year. I can't remember how many IBO championships he has. Seems like at least the last 3 in a row.

This year has been a bit off due to a family tragedy earlier this year. He didn't go to Vegas and missed the first 3 of 6 ASAs. His first one back he made the shootoff, second one he won and third he came in 2nd. First IBO back he won it as well.

I'm admittedly a fan of Levi, but not a quiver sniffer, I do enjoy watching greatness dominate a sport. I am FAR from a Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods or Tom Brady fan but I find myself pulling for them because I do appreciate someone dominating their sport.

I watch a few hunting shows, and the Bowlife is one of my favorites. Levi and Sam are easily in my top 3 for outdoorsman. Good Christian folk living and sharing the American Dream! And yeah, he is one bad dude! Stories like Levi’s or another of my favorite Micheal Waddell’s, kind of keep dreams for us normal folks alive, perhaps. Waddell used a Turkey call, like Levi used his bow to become famous……..I’m a big fan and think it’s cool that Levi found the saddle……can I get that “TETHERED LIFE” window sticker for my truck now?

Dano? I bet you’ll sellem! I know cause I’ll buy one!
