Start a business, develop and EXTENSIVELY test a saddle hunting system from top to bottom, line up suppliers and manufacturers, market your system, build a website and social media presence, and keep everyone in the loop, all at the same time.

Don't forget to be a husband, father, and friend, as well as a good employee, boss, and coworker. Your life doesn't end when this new venture begins.

Give these guys a break. I would never want to go through all of that, would you? Your stuff will be there soon. Personally, I'm going to practice my still hunting until my gear arrives. Make the best of it, and let them do their jobs. Consoling those of us that are impatient and frustrated is probably not the best use of their time.

I have a feeling you'll think it's worth the wait once it arrives.

I ordered separately as well. I received an email that the platform would be delayed until Mantis is ready and they suggested not merging. Prior to that email I ended up cancelling my platform order anyway. Do not merge if you want Platform ASAP is what I understand.

For all of y'all who are considering canceling your orders, dont. Last year I ordered my Kestrel I believe late October, early November, I'm not really sure. I finally received it at the very end of December because I considered it a late Christmas present. I was frustrated and ready to receive my product which I had paid for, but I knew it was going to take them a while. I also knew that this style of hunting was far superior, even without having done it, compared to what I had been doing. I think I spent five minutes in the tree in the backyard and off to the woods I went. Did I make some mistakes? Sure I did, but it didn't take me long to figure it out and the wait was definitely worth it. Even if that meant I had to learn during hunting season. So I guess what I'm trying to say is guys don't cancel your order, it'll be worth it when it gets here. And to be honest the learning curve really isn't bad.

Dang I was wondering whats up, I get some of the email updates but haven't the past few, unless they are in my junk mail. Good luck to you guys getting this resolved, rooting for some good news.

Welcome to this generation of smart phones and the hurry up gotta have it yesterday mentality. For those of us that dont currently have a saddle I understand the lack of patience and frustration. If you do have a saddle you dont have as much to worry about. I'd love to have mine in the next few weeks but if not I have climbers and lock ons that have worked just fine for years. I believe I can still kill a deer without a saddle. :eek:

And some options can be had for CHEAP. sitdrag or fleece saddle paired with a rock harness would get anybody into saddle hunting while waiting on the new gear to come out.

I think we all deal with this in some form, in this information society! I would love to have what I ordered yesterday, but it is what it is. I ordered this as soon as the doors opened, under the pretense of it being a pre-order. I paid money in advance for something that was still in the prototype phase. I think I’m getting exactly what I signed up for! Maybe some people had hopes that this would ship amazon prime & it’s just not gonna happen. No amount of pissing & moaning is going to will this stuff into existence. I’m not trying to become a tethrd apologist here, but having dealt with Greg & Ernie in the past (before they were saddle moguls) I’m content to stand by & not blast them about up to the minute updates. I’ve ordered early on a few items before & NEVER had the company publicly respond to the masses or be super transparent about the process! Hats off , I’m done! sorry @DaveT1963 for no filter
