Shipping notice from NewTribe :)

I ordered on the 15th and haven't been notified so I sent them an email inquiring about a tracking #. Looks like some parts are on back order and because I was an "early order" it should ship out on the 22nd. This is not the news I was hoping for but at least I know now. I'll keep using my sit drag for a little longer.
 
I'm going to cry! Cant stand the wait....I check my email every 30 min usually only check it once a week... 3 weeks before our season opens hopefully I will have it before then
 
Everybody should just relax, you've hunted before, so you have another way via tree stand ground blind etc, so just use that until your kestrel arrives. These don't seem to be something that is mass produced so it will take time, new tribe couldn't foresee how many orders they would receive, so they did what they thought would take care of things, but @Boudreaux hyped them up so much, everybody had to have one, lol. I spoke with Debbie yesterday, I was order 301, and she said they were hoping to get some more shipped as soon as possibe, my season starts this Saturday, but I will just use my web or climber, no big deal. Take a deep breath, and make a different plan if it doesn't arrive in time.

With the apparent affect the shipment of these saddles are having on folks, it would seem appropriate that those who have ordered should change their user name to their order number. Lordy!

1saddleguy - you guys might consider posting some photos of your operation for forum users to see. It might give them some perspective on the process. I know i'd enjoy it.

These days I don't have much time but I will do something like that soon. There was a thread called "Live from New Tribe" that Boswell did when he first visited here in Oregon. That post had a bunch of nice shots that gave a good look at who we are. I don't know if that is still available to see.
 
I am order #454 :) Like I read from another post, we all have a way of hunting without the kestrel. When it comes it comes. Somethings are worth the wait. NT has responded to every email that I have sent with questions. 2 thumbs up from me and the trophyline lives at least for the start of the season!
 
So,after an Email, and follow up phone call to Debbie at New Tribe,here is what I was told....
The parts holding the orders up are the carabiners.They offered the option that IF you are one of the early orders and IF you ordered a saddle only (no Kit Orders) she said they are willing to ship sooner if you don't need the carabiner,they will ship with both ends of bridge figure eighte'd to the harness.They will send carabiner later or refund price of carabiner. I opted to ship asap without carabiner!(I got carabiners!).I called her to be sure it was ok for me to post this (as it will no doubt result in a few calls!!) and she said yes please do...and I must say she is as pleasant as everyone has said!
So if your an early order-lower number-not a kit order e-mail or or call!!

Just exchanged emails with Debbie, and she thought they could get mine shipped this week or first of next week minus the carabiners. Thanks @archerskil for the heads up!
 
Anybody got an email address for Debbie or are they just replying to the confirmation email with the sales@aerohunter email address? I have 2 other aero's so I picked up the saddle only. Ill gladly skip the carabiner on the bridge if that's all that's keeping it from shipping. If not I'm not sweating either way but it'd be nice to get some practice in with it before the season.

Just go to the contact area of their website and use that form is what I did.
