After talking with @Nutterbuster yesterday (and brainstorming overnight), I think I am going to try this.... once I have my platform set up swap over to the tubular webbing as a low hitched tether no slack in my saddless system. Would the buckle be easy to adjust in and out to go from leaning to standing..etc.?

Good talking to you. :)

The buckle is just as easy as a ropeman to adjust "up/in" just pull on the tag end. It's slightly more involved to adjust "down/out", but so is a ropeman. I can do both without thinking.

I know it is listed somewhere but I cannot find the name of the buckle you are using for this. Is this it?30486229-C115-4751-BCFE-C6A5D2AA2FA9.png

Got mine today and have been having trouble adjusting it. It seems to only adjust one way easily and will not adjust the other direction. I’ve tried threading it a couple of different ways, so I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Sorry for my stupidity!

Anybody had issues with the roller in the middle making noise while you slide on the bridge? Mine tends to kinda vibrate and it makes a bit of noise.

Speaking of stupidity, I was threading the roller also! It’s doesn't seem right only threading the the sliding piece, but it works! What’s the roller piece for?

It’s just for tension on the D ring (for the degree of friction in travel decided upon by Australian) and to add rigidity to the aluminum frame

Got this set up, very nice. Looking at the size of the knot on a over hand with a bite as back up, I don’t think the knot will go back thru if the bar broke because it’s 2 big.

Got mine in a few weeks ago and have been tinkering with it. I really like this system. I picked up a used kite and have really enjoyed building the kit. May tinker with an adjustable bridge

I bought two of the buckles, received them a month ago. I am still waiting on a saddle that should be here mid July. Stopped by REI in Nashville today and pick up the webbing. I intend on using this setup from the start. If any concerns are generated using this setup please let me know. Thanks in advance.
