For those that one stick; to prevent kickout when using the platform could a guy add a button and another button near the bottom of the stick and add a second strap/rope?
You mean 2 buttons on your one stick once at desired hunting height for extra security? I dont see why not!

Yes that is exactly what i meant. Does anyone do this?
I havent heard of it buy that doesnt mean that it doesnt happen. I personally dont see a stick kicking out with top pressure at height. Typically, in my experience, kickout is caused by side or swinging pressure on the bottom step assembly.

I've looked into it, doesn't look like my cup of tea. I knew 2TC that's why the T2C was throwing me off!

I tried 2TC too. Its NOT for the uncoordinated individual like me. By the time I got to 15 ft I was sweating the 2 lbs that I would of carried a 1-stick setup in.

@always89y is a double edge sword innovator that can lead you down a choppy river with amsteel as paddles. His wraptor clone is a work of art but he will lead you astray with the 2TC.

T2C is like a mopede...every one LIKEs riding it, and its functional, economical with a little learning curve, but whats the use if its not cool and your friends cant watch you ride it?

I thought it was, "mopedes are like fat chics, fun to ride just don't let your friends catch you doing it".....

My wife didnt speak to me for a week after I explained to her what the term 'grenade' means in dating.

Based on how you feel about your wife (which I'm sure is a lovely wonderful woman), I'm not suggesting telling her or not.

I am going to try 2TC this spring. If I get 2 feet off the ground and feel like I am going to end up upside down hanging from my legs, that will be enough. I know that will not happen with SRT. I tried Primal steps with a CAYG aider and after a few slips sideways at ground level I said I don't need to die to prove this works. If I go limp at any point in the climb I want to be OK.
