Novix tree stand!

Well I pulled the trigger on one. Can’t see spending the money on a lwcg 1.0 or beast stand when I can snag this at $204. I’ll get 3-4 beast sticks and be happy as can be.
I am actually gonna swap the smaller seat off my lone wolf assault and the Helo around prob be perfect. Also should get me under 9lb… maybe
 
I think they did a nice job for a stand that is under 10 pounds. I know we love to count pounds, but I'd prefer a solid 9.5 lb stand to an 8lb stand that has some give. The beast stand is 6.8lb at $625... I could buy three of these guys for that price lol.

All that said, I'm not going to buy one! :) Self control, self control, self control.......................so tough!

Exactly....Lone Wolf "Novix" was the high end expensive treestand not long ago.

Yeah you're not an ultra l337 hunter if you're not bringing $1K worth of stand and sticks into the woods with you. Yet thousands of deer every year fall to hunters sitting in their trusty Summit Viper sitting 100 yards off of the road. It's all marketing.

With all these threads about treestands I feel like the saddle hunting cult has gotten soft. Where is the unrelenting subjective loyalty to the cause? I know some of y’all are just treestand hunters that identify as saddle hunters! It’s ok, this is a safe space and we will respect your pronouns!

joking aside that’s a cool stand at a decent price. I was tempted for sure.

OG 8.5# Assault still prevails. The price point is amazing for guys wanting a saddle/stand setup or people just starting out. I believe they’ll do very well in the mobile hang on niche.
