Can you purchase the carbon speed pass and then use the $20 gift card towards a X-wing platform?
So it would be like getting the pass for free??? I guess I missed out on that…:oops:

Yup, that's what it looks like. I don't know how quickly you get the GC but you can use it on any product it says.

Those Latitude platforms look nice. How were you able to order? I only see a pre-sale email sign-up option to get notified. What are the prices?
 
Explain the difference and why I would buy a Rebel over the Predator? $115 more for about 4 oz less and a tab but smaller. I just can’t see too much of a difference but I’m not very smart.
 
I ordered a x wing. Can't wait to give it a try. Definitely something different. I got the carbon pass also just to see what the sticks look like. Decide whether or not to buy them once the details are released. I got the gift card immediately after purchase so a guy could buy the pass then use the card towards a platform.

You have to go on their website and create an account, that’ll transfer you over to their pre-order page.

And the Hawk Helium Hammock is just 6oz heavier than a Predator and costs under $100...the beat goes on.

Well there is no convincing you if your mind is already thinking that way. But… one nice thing about the latitude platform is the push off point is in front of the pivot point so not gonna fold up on you weighting the back of the platform. This happens with the predators and is especially bad with the lone wolf custom gear platforms where there is lots of real estate behind the pivot.

There's some features that stand out on the Latitude platforms for sure, but there's aspects of the others that I prefer as well. Like traction, as has been pointed out as something the Latitude platforms appear to lack.

There's no ringer, imo.

I have criticisms of them all...and they're all still pretty darn good (to me) too.

The differences are small, but small differences can be big to some people.

Even as novel as the X-wing appears, the WE Battlement is in many ways more similar than not.

Never know it may have traction on the production model. I think all we have seen is prototypes so far. Guess we will see. When the actual production version ships. Wouldn't be hard to add some traction to it. Never know might be some mods In the future for the x wing. See how I like it. Not like I am afraid to modify something.
