The heads look nice. But aluminum? Eh… it’s a no from me. Hopefully they make them out of A2/D2 tool steel or something. Then I will bite

All the stuff @raisins said. Plus there’s already other similar looking broad heads and he seemed to think it was a new design. The all aluminum part is new though, and no way will it hold an edge as good as steel. What makes them strange to you? I thought they were kind of cool and thought they were thinking about things from a different angle.
That guy seems to have a lot of problems. Every video is him fixing all the problems with everything. Not sure how anything ever works with all these problems.
With that, I would like to see the LWCG heads in action
lol....good point....an aluminum head fixes no problem i've ever heard of anyone having
for instance, the QAD Exodus heads I had in my quiver all year (and even took in and out) will still shave my arm and have no rust on them...the only care is I don't store the ones I'm using in anything sealed (so moisture doesn't collect) and if they get wet then i remove from the quiver and wipe down/spray with air compressor and then set aside to fully dry and to let the quiver foam dry out also
Lots of fans of hardened steels, which will rust if not coated.

Yes they will. Lot of good coatings.Lots of fans of hardened steels, which will rust if not coated.
i'd just wipe them down with CLP, etc...if they smell my broadhead they deserve to live
I’ve never gotten rust on my exodus heads. My quiver is open air in the hood not the foam type. Maybe that makes a difference I don’t know.
I pm'd xop. They said the seat would be around $250 and it's actually a climbing platform.I think that is the part that is getting overlooked. Something that everyone has been wanting. I don’t necessarily want a climbing stand, I just don’t like dealing with sticks and I’m not into rope climbing. At 5lbs it would be lighter than my sticks and I could climb as high as I want. Interested to see the price point.
Anyone else comming out with a climbing platform? Anyone know? Nice to have options.I pm'd xop. They said the seat would be around $250 and it's actually a climbing platform.
@Horn, @Weldabeast is trying to get you to realize that your numerator is in eights and your denominator is in sixteenths. 7/16 is slightly less than 2.5, you're showing us 2 7/8 (or 2 14/16), not 2 7/16 to the bottom edge. No digital tape measure needed just a (double) hasty mistake. All good. Now as to whether this debate matters... I'll step aside. You're right, I hastily read the wrong edge. My mistake, sorry y'all.
