I like they're going the no bib route. I can't wear bibs. But you can wear the Stratus line, that's nearly the same weight and be infinitely more versatile than those clothes. No wind resistance of any kind is useless. Even on a 60° day you can get some chilly winds, and the Stratus isn't too heavy for that temp and it'll block those winds.

I keep waiting for somebody to come out with something as versatile as the Stratus. Windproof but not heavily insulated, so you can wear it when it's 60, or throw a layer under and a vest on top when it's 30.

First Impression of the Amsteel pocket spool, it’s pretty sweet. Even just using it for a lightweight spool instead of a figure 8 I like it. Gonna try to climb with it and see if it acts like a Doyle’s and will pay itself out. So far I’m really excited about it for being so simple.

I kept waiting for Sitka to come out with a diagonal zipper jacket in the Stratus series. They did, kind of, called it the fanatic lite, and it apparently had zero wind resistance and predictably flopped. So, I went to Gray Wolf Woolens and had them make one. It is great.

Fellows will be lining up to purchase and get pics of their largest hunting buddy doing everything imaginable to stress that platform out and be the first on the world wide web to be able to bash Tehtrd.

I doubt folks will “line up” to spend $300 or whatever on the Vader just to bash Tethrd…when it’s easily done at no cost.

If it’s a “turd”, we’ll hear about it from you know who, lol.

I look forward to seeing the particulars of the platform. “It’s coming” really does nothing for me and is reason enough to bash Tethrd, imo.

Ordered a set of the XOP X2s and j hooks. Have learned that I prefer double steps and they seem to be the best bang for your buck.

Welp just shipped these back. Loud as hell out of the box. Can’t really use the side stack feature without taking the cam straps off. Also not easy to get them apart that way without clanging them together. The grip texture just looked kind of cheap. Guess my expectations were too high for the price.

Even if its a fat turd, Tethrd has taken care of everybody's whose had issues in the past. If you make a bad product, and leave your customers out to pasture, then Ill never ever buy your product again. Case in point Scorpyd xbows. Their Nemesis model was a disaster and didn't take care of anyone who bought it. I'll never look at them again.

We’ve got the “Tethrd hate” card played before we even have final details on the product. That’s all.

But sure, it’s coming.:tearsofjoy::tearsofjoy:

I looked at them at the southern mobile expo. I felt the same as you.
Did you weigh them, just wondering.
