    HSS safety line as a tether/LR?

    This is my first year using a saddle and I just converted an HSS safety line to my tether and lineman’s rope, did all the overhand knots and setup the ropeman 1 on each of em. Did a test climb w it yesterday and it seemed to work just fine...only issue is putting all that faith into the HSS...
