    Foam Filled Sticks

    I did it to mine. Bought the aluminum tubes from EWO, drilled my own holes (like beast sticks), wrapped them in stealth strips, put one end cap in, and filled them all the way up. I put the other end cap in immediately. It worked well for me. I didn't find it to be particularly messy either...

    Stick Length Recommendation

    I'm 6'4" and I use 22" steps from EWO. Love them. They bite to the tree and stay there. I have a double aider on my first step (20"/aider) and single 20" aiders on my other two. I can get up to 18' with the three of them. 22" steps fit very nicely on my pack, make for a very manageable step...
