Here is my stick attached platform.

Weldabeast, I have been using EMT conduit for years to make hang-on and climbing treestands and weld them together using silicone bronze TIG wire. YES, it is thinner walled but if braced properly 3/4" EMT is strong enough to support me at over 290 with hunting gear on. OF COURSE I always use a...

Mine is on the brown truck getting closer to Pa :) I am excited to say the least, my only other saddle(s) have been older Trophylines. I am thinking that since this a true arborist saddle it will feel a little safer up in the tree and I'm all about the padding!! Keep coming with the reviews...

Have anyone try 3/4 inch for sticks?

I would think you could make shorter sticks out of 3/4" square but it would flex too much for long sticks.....

Another thought I had before getting the harness is that since the bridge looks shorter, and there could be a chance of hip pinch, could a spreader be fabricated and placed between the bridge to alleviate that??? Maybe this isn't an issue...………...

PastorKen, do you think a second "adjustable" bridge could be added to the linesman D's so you could distribute some weight into the waist belt??? Or just using a back band a better option?? Impatiently waiting on mine to arrive...…….

Also, for the floating D, I think I may just build a tether with a loop on the tail which I'll feed through the metal D the keep my prussic and carabiner above the D to eliminate noise. Not sure if there is enough room for that but again just thinking of how I'll run things with this...

If these saddle cause you to sit back to far I wonder if you could put a second adjustable bridge off the linesman loops to help hold you upright a little more??? Just doing some pre-planning before mine arrives and I can play...……...

    "IF" I would have...……...

NO, they didn't just steal the saddle...….They grabbed anything and everything including paper goods??!! We figure it was someone who was hard up for money or needed drug money. I am sure when they got the saddle back to where they went through everything they were like...…...what is this for :)…….

    "IF" I would have...……...

been using a saddle I probably would have killed my second largest buck to date :(… Since I haven't pulled the trigger on a new saddle/sling I have had several instances where I would have been better off having one!! Having had an original model Trophyline stolen from our camper several years...
