    I’m a “if it’s not broke why fix it “ guy and have been hunting out of one for about 12 year. The only thing I changed was getting rid of the elastic choulder straps and custom making some from 550 paracord.

    I use a trophyline and wear it in. It only weighs 5 pounds and don’t even feel it when walking long distances.

    Not sure if this has been said yet, but the dates you picked are rut dates. Best thing to do is hunt all day. Their rut starts a month before whitetails and usually the first two weeks of the month of October are off the hook.

    How to Carry Lone Wolf Sticks?

    I ratchet strap my sticks to my platform and carry them on my side with a custom made shoulder strap. For long walks I bungee strap them to my back pack.
