Made a Cordlash 105 webbing aider

I used two half hitches as stop knots to make a ladder style. I checked the strength loss of the knots and at 3300 lbs even with 90% loss I would be under the weight Just something different. Am I missing anything? I used it today and no signs of failure Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I slipped it on to see if it fit I took it off and never used it this deer season. I wear 38-40 waist. At that waist size it didn’t fit as I didn’t clarify whether it was...

    First Saddle and bow deer!

I had always used a crossbow as I am a disabled veteran with a shoulder that got crushed after being thrown out of a hummer. I finally have gotten strong enough after 3 surgeries to pull a bow again without much pain. Today I was doing a dry run, I thought, just to get used to a saddle. I...

Can’t keep my mantis saddle around my waist

Walking in with it on it slides down. I have tightened it so tight it hurt. Getting out of the tree it slipped down again once the linesman had slack in it. Anyone use suspenders? I think I will let it ride in my pack to the stand. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Why not accessory cord for lines?

The cord I got at REI is 5 or 6 mm and is 1900 lbs rated. That seems plenty even with a knot bringing it to 850lbs. Has anyone tested it? Stronger than 7/64th amsteel. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
