I've always been a "brown and down" guy. Bucks are nice, but venison is venison. I've kilt plenty of deer, and been able to recover some iffy shots. I definitely believe that shooting ANYTHING and going through the follow-up routine to recover will make you better prepared for when the big one steps out.

Not sure what voodoo got laid on me last year, but I did finally put the hurt on another WMA buck, so hopefully that evil ran its course.
Team six hopes so too!

@redsquirrel , I think a little buy-in would go a long way, you could give cash prizes to 1-3 or just 1st place and the rest goes to help run the site. Kind of like a little fundraiser. Might be too late this year but something to think about next year. You could even use some cash to buy prizes or maybe get a few donations from some of the awesome saddle hunting company's. Food for thought.

I think Red wants to keep this as a fun, comradery thing. My first suggestion was just to collect some cash to help Rd with maintaining the site - especially if it keeps growing as of lately.
