2020 Pennsylvania saddlehunter meet up *POSTPONED*

To be honest we can spend about 90% of the time outdoors too. There is plenty of outlets and space under the pavilion for crockpots and roasters and what not. I still have to try to get some wood stocked up for the fire pit that is next to it. Look like it might be a little chilly that day. We also have a big charcol grill outside. If people plan on using that let me know or grab a large bag or two of charcol. So unless you have to use the facilities and you don't wanna drop it over a log, you don't even have to go inside if you don't want too.
I can bring some wood if you need it?

I'll let you know, we have plenty around, just have to get a day that I can sneak away from the wife and daughter to cut it up.

Which one of you guys is Todd? I have your stuff from Treehopper to swap with you. I got one shipment of demo gear from Mark yesterday and he plans to ship some more things to me this week.
Getting this stuff to Todd is an extra incentive for me to attend, but if Todd is cancelling then it would be nice to know so we can arrange another way to get the gear to you. Todd, please PM me.
I am still undecided about going because this situation is so fluid. We have no idea what the situation will be by the middle of this week. But if nothing gets too much more crazy, I will think more seriously about attending.
I'm 62 and already immunocompromised (with RA...so they tell me) and other issues with my white blood count. I have to be careful.

GWHGoat. I will throw some wood in my truck and bring along with me. I have plenty and I am less than 10 minutes away since I live over near Bulger.

Where approximately are you located? I am sure that someone would likely be coming thru near you and could probably stop and pick and pick up the stuff for Todd.

I'm up in the Northern tip of Westmoreland County, 25 miles NE of Pgh.
Getting the stuff to Todd is not the only reason I would like to try to attend. I will have a bunch of other Treehopper demo stuff that Mark has either already sent to me, or he intends to send early this week.I really hate to get this stuff and then not show up.
But 1st things 1st...I need to talk to Todd and figure out his stuff. It's gear that he's already purchased or needs to exchange.
@ThePennsylvanian, I assume you have contact info for Todd, can you ask him to reach out to me? PM is fine. Thanks.

DanO and brother Dave for breakfast. If not many others I'll bring enough for us and we can easily cook on the tailgate. I'll have some Hunter's Blend coffee going.

What time is breakfast? I will probably be leaving here early Saturday morning...
provided they don't lock down the whole State of Ohio before then.
What do you need me to bring?

I may be there fri night so I can bring something to contribute for breakfast. And I was going to bring something in a crock pot.

For gear I’m bringing WE steps, modded LW sticks and 5 step cyag aider, rappelling stuff, ridge runner, millennium m7 hang on for ideas to modify, maybe a LW sit and climb if anyone is interested in it. H2 saddle but it’s a small. Extra target or two.

Well, it looks like the event my wife was supposed to attend on Saturday was canceled. That clears my schedule from watching our daughter.

That being said my wife would like to come along for the ride. Not that she is interested in saddle hunting, but would rather get out of the house than sit at home all day.

Anyone else bringing wife or kids?
