2024 Gear thread

.
Not to further derail the thread over this but as I read it "double steps emanating from main support structure" if there is any percentage of aluminum to TL's material beyond magnesium and other materials, then it's all over. In addition to the other patented details @GeoFish pointed out also included in the patent for LWCG doubles.

I get the intent of wanting to corner a market with patents, but it also hinders competitive pricing. Would almost seem better (for the market as well as choices for the consumer) to have a "TMO" structure for stands and stick build similar to what AMO did for bow design.

It would have to be the primary base metal.

Even then, it’s a proprietary material, so that convention may not apply.

No climber at the XOP stand. New XOP hang-ons are being featured.

At those price points better sell your Assault stands soon if you were going to...

Did LWCG goto the ATA show? Do they have any thing new out?

I was going to say hopefully my new Crossover stand before anything else. @enkriss covered that for me...

I received an unsolicited status/apology email on Friday that the order delayed due to the holidays would be another 2-4wks potentially longer.

I sent a quick response email saying "Didn't everyone know the holidays were coming and wouldn't a proactive heads up to those with pending orders have been deserved?" Got an immediate response back to the effect that it sounded like they were not aware their machining vendor/vendors would be down for the holidays.

I have a couple venders that were shutdown for 2 weeks over the holidays.

But completely unexpected at my job is a vender we had in France closes down the entire month of August. I guess that’s a French thing?

Happens in Italy, multiple month holidays

I was about to say @Plebe I guess we've blown through everything ATA had to offer? Nothing more to worry about spending any more money on this year but "The Pisser"...
I really feel bad for the mods when all the review videos, how to videos and pics of "the pisser" start showing up on the site.

Especially for the Michigan boys during December. Zoom feature is paramount.

there’s a patented powder wind check dispenser from Nilch’i we haven’t seen yet. But I don’t hunt the wind.
