AeroHunter Kestrel Flex issue

There is already a multi-page thread on here where they are replacing early edition Flex's. Lots of us have sent them in and they make it really easy and pay shipping both ways and even do a UPS pickup so you don't have to drop it off. I'm currently waiting on my replacement now. No need for the subtle threat of outing them on the forums, they are good people who stand behind their products.

Agreed. No better company and unlike some competitors they have and will answer a damn phone.
 
Thanks guys. Emails and telephone messages are going unanswered for a day so just reaching out else where. I know a day is nothing, but kinda ticks me off to wait 3 months for something and having to send it back already...

They typically answer the phone and/or respond immediately. You need to remember that a lot of companies are currently shut down or have limited staff working at the moment. Due to the current Covid situation we all may need to be a little more patient than usually regarding customer service from non essential companies.

I saw on their Instagram a couple weeks ago that they’re producing saddles individually at home . Would guess customer service is similar, pure speculation though , stay on them they’ll make it right.

What exactly is the issue you have with the flex? I have one coming in soon and would like to hear about / see what you have identified as an issue.
 
Yeah I’d like to know the issue as well. I’ve ran a kestrel since 2017 and I love it. No complaints.
 
Not sure about the OP's, but in the early models the black coating inside would wear off and there were some issues with fraying and material pull away on the edges on some of the seams. All I did was email them a few pics and Debbie set up a UPS front door pickup. All I had to do was put it in a box and provide her the box measurements. I should have my new one in a week or so.
