There is already a multi-page thread on here where they are replacing early edition Flex's. Lots of us have sent them in and they make it really easy and pay shipping both ways and even do a UPS pickup so you don't have to drop it off. I'm currently waiting on my replacement now. No need for the subtle threat of outing them on the forums, they are good people who stand behind their products.

Thanks guys. Emails and telephone messages are going unanswered for a day so just reaching out else where. I know a day is nothing, but kinda ticks me off to wait 3 months for something and having to send it back already...

I saw on their Instagram a couple weeks ago that they’re producing saddles individually at home . Would guess customer service is similar, pure speculation though , stay on them they’ll make it right.They typically answer the phone and/or respond immediately. You need to remember that a lot of companies are currently shut down or have limited staff working at the moment. Due to the current Covid situation we all may need to be a little more patient than usually regarding customer service from non essential companies.

What is considered an early edition? I bought mine last November. I'd assume that would still be the newest edition.
I'll need to check but I believe the entire thing is fabric.does it have black rubber or fabric inside?
