Jamie shared this photo of his jig to get everything centered on another thread. Do yall happen to know this length too (webbing straight length)? I could guess but im now second guessing my estimates. I have 48" right now but it looks too long looking back to my old pictures of when i had a transformer.@Razorbak66 @jhunter13 sorry to keep buggin yall. I have stuff measured but scared to cut.

I honestly dont know. I put a triglide in and adjusted it until it was a length that felt comfortable. I think I was somewhere around 38" from edge of webbing to edge.of webbing

Thats what I am kinda doing now. Just seeing what seems like a good length. Thanks again!

What is your waist size ?

My waist is a svelte 38” with all my hunting clothes on The size I posted Jamie made it as a size 2 and if I remember he also said when he made his suspension it was 72” strap with 6” overlay that is sewn up. But you can mock it up with some clips and adjust until you get the width and depth you desire. When I made my latitude clone I did 6 ft with the 6” overlay and it was good for me

I just adjusted the suspension around and I like 36" and 38" I'm going to cut for 38" and go from there. I put the D-rings on to get the feel for it.

This is exactly what I did. I even tethered in and sat in the suspension to get a feel.

I’m not at home to check my numbers but I think I’m currently up to a 86” webbing strap on each panel with 6” overlap
Like it’s been said before try mocking one up for a custom fit.
I personally feel the D rings just touching at the waist or no more than 2” apart gives the most comfort but some may feel that’s to big and floppy walking in.
Hope that makes sense

Yep I ended up where the drings are just kissing going straight around my waist. 38” straight webbing.45DFDF29-5F9B-4F19-A04C-98C7BC6BBF4E.png

Are these panels suppose to be two layers of 500D Cordura? I have camo and black, but the black is noisy and cheap (bad buy). If I need camo on both sides I’ll just use the camo. @jhunter13

Someone want to put another set of eyes on this and tell me if this looks right?
Bottom, bottom panel strap goes through left side and becomes top, top strap. It then comes through right side to become the top bottom panel strap, through the left side to become the bottom, top panel strap, then through the right side to meet up at the end of the loop bottom bottom panel strap.
