Do you guys prefer the predator or the Klemz design?

Did you machine that yourself? I made a stepped shim made of wood. It lasted a full season but its pretty beat. I was going to try hickory since its harder but alum sounds intrigueing.

I took 3/16” aluminum sheet cut into small squares and welded them together creating 3 steps. It gives me 4 rough adjusments that is good enough for the guy using it.

Rough sketch of the platform, the piece im using already has 3 -3” holes in it so going to drill a few more once I get it cut out to lighten it up

Can you guys tell me why this won’t cam over? Thanks

To me it looks like your versa button is to high on post. Try lowering it a few inches. Also try a buckle strap, just to see if it changes anything. Your amsteel may still have some stretch in it.

Your standoff is hitting your rope and its not letting the platform slide down the tree to cam. Like said above you need to lower the versa button so there is enough space between the top standoff and the rope that the platform can slide down when camming over.
