How do these things work if you’re shooting a bag or block target in the yard? I end up doing about 95% of my practice on those, with 3D targets about once a month in the summer at the local 3D shoot.

So there's yardage markers on the V insert. You can use those if they happen to line up with known yardage. I shot mine all year that way between season.

Yeah using the markers is all I’ve used so far on bag target. Markers are 10 yard increments.

Yes that pic is 20-60 but faster the bow the more markers. Slower FPS the less on there. All designed to start at 20.

I was skeptical but found one decent priced on AT and couldn’t resist and glad I did.

This was my 16-18 arrows out of it. I was aiming for the wing.

Did anybody eliminate their peep sight with the ezv or are most people still using a peep with it? Been looking into one of these sights for awhile and thinking about trying one out.

Please excuse the question for curiosity sake.......tell us about your kills with the ezv sight. Success with this sight will help win most hunters mulling purchasing one. Targets are good for practice......animals are the goals! Pics would even be nice...we'll all celebrate!

I have my peep on now but have a new set of strings, kisser button, and nose button I just got that I’m hoping to try the no peep with the EZV.

Starting using the EZV last summer. Kept the peep sight, practiced on targets and even shot some 3D with it. I recommend using it on 3D targets exclusively to train your eye. Works great for me.Screenshot_20191109-141410_Video Player.jpg

I like a peep for the single reason of being able to see through the string without it blocking the view of my sight (EZV or not) and target through my shooting eye. Without it I have to adjust my head slightly to "see around the string" one side or the other with that eye, which isn't a good thing. Anybody else experience this, and what do you do? Stereo vision from the unblocked eye kind of makes up for it, but not fully. Seeing that string right in front of my shooting eye when peepless bugs me.

I am a peepless shooter for many years but I am also a believer in the Bow Anchor sight. This device not only helps you develop a very consistent anchor but alerts you of torque issues. Low light conditions are no problem and you can gauge in between distances (of course not so applicable with the EZV). Helps keep you in proper alignment shooting steeply down or uphill.

Harvested two deer this past season both with heart shots while using the EZV....took this 3 shot sequence during my brief practice session this afternoon. This sight is truly one of a kind! I use a peep which helps eliminate torque and maintains consistency. It really is nice looking at what you’re trying to hit as opposed to covering it up with a pin.

Ordered one from @DanO today. Going to be listing my Garmin A1i if the EZV lives up to the hype. The Garmin is awesome, but in 30+ years of bow hunting, I have never taken a shot over 35 yards. I would rather spend the extra $ on something else.

I have a question on how the sight would work when shooting at a Turkey's neck and head area . See I shoot a Magnus Bullhead broadheads for head and neck shoots. Just wondering if it would work.

From my understanding you need to superimpose a basketball size circle around your target so the balls center would be point of impact

IMO it probably isn't the best sight for small targets. Just my opinion since I haven't used one yet
