I got the hss shadow last year that I throughly hate. The strap that goes around you waist low back area is too narrow. So when you climb with the lineman's belt, that strap really digs into your back/waist. What have you found the most comfortable?

For a full body harness the HSS ultralight was the best one I tried.
In the hang on days I used muddy until it was to yucky with sweat stains and pine sap and replaced with tree spider micro...that 1s very nice...tether is a super stretchy energy absorbing type
I ordered one and returned it. I was blown away by how heavy that thing was!
How long till a saddle company puts some shoulder straps on their rig and calls it purpose??
I don't know the model but the 1 I had was probably 3" wide padded all the way around and it didn't give me any issues...it wasn't the cheapest 1 or the most expensive but the middle priced 1I had a muddy (still do somewhere) and when you leaned into the lineman's belt it dug into your back and sides enough to hurt after a while.

Its like 2.5lbs
That sounds like the muddy magnum. Same one I use a couple times a year at the only private land preset property I hunt. A little pad on the shoulder straps and around 3" on the waist belt. I haven't had any discomfort from it. I think it was 40 bucks. I also have the tree spider pants with the built in harness which is a nice but pricey.I don't know the model but the 1 I had was probably 3" wide padded all the way around and it didn't give me any issues...it wasn't the cheapest 1 or the most expensive but the middle priced 1
