I sent a text to the number on the website and heard back. This was a few days ago. Felt bad being a bother, but it worked.I ordered a saddle and several other items from them about 3 weeks ago myself. When I first called or e-mailed them to ask questions they were very responsive, however, it seems after they took my money they stopped answering me. I've been trying for a week to reach them to make a slight adjustment to my order so I left several messages when I called and sent several e-mails but haven't heard back. Hopefully their product is not as bad as their customer service. Anyone else able to reach them right now?
I guess it’s safe to assume they’re ignoring me specifically then lolLast week I went back fourth with a few emails. They were very good at responding & explained that they are waiting on a few things to come in. They apologized for the delays. His wife said they were working around the clock to resolve it.
It seems like they need to hire someone to handle customer service. It’s been over 3 weeks since I ordered. At this point if I don’t hear back soon I’ll probably just file a claim with PayPal to get my money back.I sent an email about the suspenders I ordered. Nothing back. I just want to make sure he received the order as I never got a confirmation email.
I did receive a reply as well but it was pretty useless. They basically just said “We’re very busy” and gave me absolutely no indication when they expect to ship my order. It’s been about one month since I ordered. I’ve tried to contact them several times again but they went back to not replying.Anybody have any updates or receive anything?
