I’m pretty sure you are taking about a rivet on the back of the Dynalock not a roll pin.It appears they are making progress, if the inspection stickers are indicative of actual meaningful QA and not just salesmanship.
But yeah...that's the apparent explanation for this event. And one member mentioned his was missing a roll pin as well.

No I swapped every roll pin in my truck with grade 8 bolts from tractor supplyJust saying .....u trust roll pins every day if u drive anywhere

Judging by the fact that these haven’t sold out yet I think is a good indication of the damage the recall has done to their business. I don’t think Gen 1 or Gen 2 stayed in stock more than a couple days.
