Haha, every tethrd post turns into a roast ….and don’t even like to admit I have a tethrd back band, I wanted to replace it… but it has held up 2-3 seasons!

As far as I know all of the steps passed and none were replaced with new ones due to failures.
I actually emailed them this evening asking when my sticks would ship and they responded within 15 minutes
What did they do with the returned Gen 2 sticks when the customer wanted a refund? If they test them and they pass, will they sell them at a discount?
