Hawk saddle and platform

If people working at McDonalds didn’t think they should make $15.00 an hour, more things would be made in the US. My biggest struggle working in the civilian workforce (I am prior military) is a lot of people are lazy and they are the first ones to complain about the amount of money they are making. So companies try to increase profit margins manufacturing overseas. This is a 2 edged sword unfortunately!

That “rope grabber” though...

Yeah, very curious about that! With all the talk we’ve had on here about mechanical ascenders failing/cutting rope in the event of a fall, including one in Hawk’s new kit is a very interesting choice. Interested to see how it’s made, how it works and how it was tested!

from the looks of the saddle it seems very similar in design to the mantis. If that is the case one could assume the feel of this one would be similar, and with all the new options available today it will probably lack in the comfort category. What it will do is get a saddle into retail stores to hopefully expose more hunters to this type of hunting.
