Yep. If all we're after is a lite system to carry to the woods it may have been easier to hire a helicopter, but oh the fun we'd miss.

There’s a loophole here OP define “setup”......... actually this whole thread is a setupDid @enkriss post yet? I’m taking over under bets on 10k. I know he sells everything too but still!
definitely not boatsOne thing is certain. Wives are more expensive than all the saddle hunting equipment I've bought, or could buy. Maybe not boats.
That really depends on the wife. I think mine made more money in the 22 years we have been married than cost money. She is thrifty. One thing is certain. Wives are more expensive than all the saddle hunting equipment I've bought, or could buy. Maybe not boats.
Lucky. I'm jealous. That really depends on the wife. I think mine made more money in the 22 years we have been married than cost money. She is thrifty.
Mine is so dang cheap it’s embarrassing at times. I’m all for being thrifty and living within our means but goodness if I want to buy a friggin pizza on Friday night I don’t want to hear any lip! We never eat out and when we do splurge on a fancy fancy meal we are usually left dissatisfied. This only encourages her not wanting to spend any money eating out haha. I can’t really complain though, the women saves money and keeps me from spending too much too. It’s better than being in debt and poor. I’m glad she’s not a spender! She doesn’t have a problem with me getting toys either but I’ve been pretty modest in my saddle hunter spending. I’ve sold or bought and resold everything that I have thus far besides my sticks and I got those two years ago so they don’t count. Sold my hang ons and other various items to get in the door. That really depends on the wife. I think mine made more money in the 22 years we have been married than cost money. She is thrifty.
Three F rule. If it flies, floats, ordefinitely not boats

It’s cheaper to rent it.
That lesson came to me from a guy that had a plane, a yacht, and a wife.
My husband is dying I’m purchasing my first saddle set up now and he’s pointing out all the other things in life that I could be getting With the money.... but I’m committed!
You’ll be surprised to know I have only 2. Although I did own 3 kites awhile back (it’s a problem)
Touché, but it’s not in hand so it doesn’t count. Also you’re lucky custom trad bows aren’t included in this discussion.......Hmmm.... I think someone with Terp in their name has a third custom saddle on order, and it ain't me.
