Hungry fat kid problems

I armor gallon and quart sized ziplocs with duct tape so it quiets them down and I load them with fat meat sandwiches no condiments, it keeps things neat. I've also used those lexane boxes you can get cheap at walmart and pack sammies in that too. It's like a picnic when I'm in the tree. If I'm out all day sometimes I eat less so I don't have to leave early.

A little different. ATP is a product of cellular respiration (also known as the Krebs cycle). Each cell makes about 32 ATP during the process of aerobic metabolism and about 6 during anaerobic metabolism. Here’s a funny tid bit of info that’s sure to create confusion. Adenosine is used to slow heart rate. It’s a parasympathomimetic. The phosphate that comes from cellular respiration is a tri-phosphate (made of of three different phosphate molecules. We’re talking about phosphorus, specifically, in terms of short period of high demand.

Glucose is needed for the Krebs cycle to make ATP. The electron transport chain creates the majority of the ATP- something like 26 ATP. When demand is so high, Glucose ant get the job done fast enough, but phosphorus can, but it’s not sustainable.

The phosphorus burning must have been discovered after I went to college. I don't remember it.
Phosphorus is present in the body as phosphates. I don't think there is any elemental phosphorus in the body.

ATP is used primarily for energy, as you
mentioned. When there isn’t enough glucose through either carbohydrate or gluconeogenisis, Lactatic acid is used to create ATP during anaerobic metabolism. When energy is needed in such high demand that ATP cannot meet, phosphorus is used for energy production before it can become a triphosphate.

This is a level of energy output that can only be maintained for approximately 30 seconds.

It’s been many many years since I’ve read and studied this stuff, so I’d definitely need to do some review to get in to any detail. And I’m sure I’ve probably missed something.

Oh, I tried, just could not drink it. Why does the butter need to be in the coffee? That is what I am trying to figure out. I can easily eat raw butter and then drink coffee. Maybe I can then jump and and down, do a couple barrel rolls? :)
I don't think most people are OK with just eating straight butter. If you are, thats fine ;-). I think it just originated with most people have coffee in the morning and it was a hot beverage which could melt the butter and help to get the fats in that will stave off hunger. You could just as easily substitute coconut oil or MCT oil or drink them as a shot.

Yeah man, what he said! This is what I meant about keto having too damn many rules.....I was on submarines, fast boats at that, we don’t like rules.....give us some very general parameters and cut us loose.....gotta be blended....WTH!?!??

No "rule" says it has to be blended. I was just suggesting that to overcome the "it's disgusting" aspect.

Number one rule....Don't open the hatch while underwater. See, there is at least one. :D

You don't have to put butter in coffee. Use HWC. It blends well in coffee. No stirring needed. Don't use those artificial creamers or even half and half. Remember when coffee was "cream and sugar" not "artificial coloring and sugar". Cut out the sugar and use the cream only. On keto, you can eat all the bacon or fat you want. Sausage as well. It is the perfect meat eaters diet. Deer too. No pizza or chips.

I got this idea from Gene Wensel years ago and its totally carnivore/keto..... Get a nice thermos that you know keeps things warm and boil up some hotdogs in little chunks and pour that in your thermos. Get the high fat hotdogs and when you're done eating the hotdogs drink the water "brine" salt and fat and liquid all in one. It warms you up and you're not eating fast burning carbs. It may sound disgusting but when you're hunting and its cold, it works and you'll love it.

Great idea. So far today, I had three cups of coffee with HWC and a piece of beef jerky. I feel like eating but I'm not hungry. I'll have a little sausage and cheese.

My kids love it. Their mom's from India and that's a thing there, though.
