Probably the sane decision? I would follow up with more emails, I was part of the pre order this time last year for the sticks. After months of delays, I started following up on emails and eventually got some results.

I’m just tired of waiting. Plus Brad said in the podcast that a smaller version is coming down the road. That has my interest as well.

we will be patiently waiting for response when they get back to you in 2 weeks.

I emailed yesterday for them to cancel my order and got a response today saying it was cancelled. Pretty quick turnaround. Hopefully because I cancelled my order they will hurry up and get y’all orders filled quicker.

I know sounds like a broken record but im in the same boat. They have gad major quality issue and have moved to a different manufacturer. Andrae is meeting with the manufacturer next week to see all the new products before they are shipped out. I have received my order and had to send back 3 times. Im just glad they are fixing the shipping issue and paint. I have sent Andrae screen shots of the post and he is very sorry for the wait but just trying to make everything right. He is a super great guy and does care about his products and making things right. Once he inspects the new products coming off the line they will be shipping put asap. Being a former sales rep i totally understand wanting to make things right before shipping out. Just hold on its coming...

Don't tell people its painting, processing and definitely shipping on such and such a date when you have not gained control of the process.
The email I posted was not a reply to a question from me, it just came of their own accord.
And now I'm let down as a result.

My learning has been, let your yes be yes and your no be no, do not make promises.

While we are at it be not mislead, if you want a Flex or Kestrel it will be 10 weeks minimum. They are busy and not hiring.

While we are at it be not mislead, if you want a Flex or Kestrel it will be 10 weeks minimum. They are busy and not hiring.
Look I under stand again trust me. I have become acquainted with Andrae due to the issue that I have had and also have talked to him many times over the last couple months. He has had to up root his whole manufacturing company and start new with a new manufacture, it takes time. Look I don't work for LWCG and am waiting on a order myself and probable longer then anyone on here. Don't think its not aggravating when you order over 600.00 worth of gear and its been almost 3 months but I do understand crap happens and Andrae with his staff are fixing it. LWCG has been nothing but great to me with all my emails and phone calls. I have always had great response from them. Just my 2 cents.

Exactly. It makes people second guess their purchase when a company has to completely switch production companies. Honestly, I think they are just throwing stuff together to get it out the door to capitalize on all the “hype” they have created. Andrae should know better than anybody in the industry that you don’t make promises you can’t keep. I wish them the best because I definitely want to see the smaller version Brad spoke about during the WCB podcast. Hopefully by the time that is launched they will have this process perfected.

So from what I have read on here, they had to switch to another manufacturer? And they won't be shopping any platforms out this week?
 
So I did get a response to my inquiry. They said that they are waiting on an update themselves (I assume from the manufacturer), and will send out an email when they know more, but are confident they will be shipped very soon.

It means they shoved a product to market without proper testing, so now they are having to stall shipping products that have been paid for by consumers to ensure quality control issues have been handled. Very very bad business from LWCG.

Also, I thought they were going to CNC posts for the first batch that were sent to customers botched? Whatever happened to that???
