Anyone else recently get the Pro suspension? Mine shipped with a loose pad looking thing in the box that I'm not quite sure what to do with. It's about the size and shape of the lumbar pad, but that setup looks intact on my setup.

I’m not sure it belonged in the box, especially the way it’s dinged and scuffed. I ordered the suspension and carbon frame.

Pretty sure it’s a lumbar pad. My pro 2300 pack came with it also

Exo offers a stiffer foam to customize the lumbar pad. Tends to perform better under heavy load, but not as cushy under normal.
I wonder if that's a new thing Kuiu is doing, or, just extra pads are finding their way into orders. Mine (from last year) didn't have one.

Around the 2 minute mark, they mention an optional insert for additional support.
