Anyone know if the current sale (30%) on the suspension and frame are typically the best deal they offer or will there be better deals before next season?

@Bowtie747 what frame size did you get and what stand? In the video that’s a tall frame on a .75.

Tall on the .5! It fits really well. I was worried about it at first. I’m only 5’10 but Kuiu which puts me on the tall-regular borderline. Kuiu told me to go up size. I actually really like how it rides.

30 is the best deal I’ve seen. They will probably run it again by next season but you might as well make an order

I agree I can’t justify expensive straps on a stand that weighs 12 total with sticks. I ran gunslings on my og lone wolf and never had issues either

Having given my brother the Kuiu Pro set, I still have an unused Icon Pro suspension and extra shoulder straps in a tote. Not as nice as the new Pro suspension, but an upgrade over standard treestand straps and MOLLE harnesses.

Now you guys have me thinking of buying a CF frame for it..lol...thanks. You got the devil on one shoulder talking.

Thankfully there's an angel on my other shoulder saying don't do it...save the money for a K4 frame...wait a second...sneaky devil. lol.

Yep, it’s dumb and blows! I don’t blame ya. For the way it carry’s I’d do it again though! After I carried an actual quality frame pack it spoiled me I think. I cannot stand my pack/stand moving on me. When I turn it shouldn’t turn any more than I do.

I think the Duplex Lite will have an edge in airflow, but K4 will be lighter and an easy frame to use as is. 26" only though.

What about the load lifters hitting the tree, or do you take your stand off the frame each time, that’s the only reason I didn’t order a carbon frame, it looked to long in all the pictures I found online..

Actually looking at that picture someone else caught that and I’ve since moved the frame. Had the Kuiu setup 80% of my season and not a ton but quite a few hunts with no issues! Just gotta do it right the first time and not post a picture in your own haste. It was pretty funny when someone else caught that. I was so pumped to use it and it wouldn’t even have worked had they not caught it. Saved me a ticked off hunt. Like I said though they don’t get in the way!

I haven’t done this, but it seems to me you just want the carbon to fit the stand not necessarily you. Am I wrong?

I think it has to fit me or it will not carry the weight well.

I’m not sure. I’d call Kuiu and see the height difference in the tall and x tall frame. Then look at the extra length of the .75 compared to the .5 and I’d say you could be pretty confident if it would work or not.

The video I posted earlier is a .75 on a Tall frame. Kuiu has the dimensions on the sizing chart for the frames

Thanks. Only 2" difference per web site. My bad, thinking waist belt attached to stand instead of frame. The .75 is 4" taller so should work.
