Yesterday we had to eliminate free shipping. It just didn't make sense anymore from a business stand point. We had talked about it a few times, but I was hoping it wouldn't happen.

Sucks. I'm not real happy about it. I'm going to run more special deals with free shipping attached.

Yesterday we had to eliminate free shipping. It just didn't make sense anymore from a business stand point. We had talked about it a few times, but I was hoping it wouldn't happen.

Sucks. I'm not real happy about it. I'm going to run more special deals with free shipping attached.

Sucks but I think we all understand it's a business. Plus I can't complain when Tethrd stuff arrives in 3 days from across the country and the clothing or "gear"manufacturers take 2 weeks

Earlier in this thread I said that Tethrd was the only company who didn't charge shipping.

While that was true since Tethrd launched in 2018, free shipping changed on the day the Predator XL went live for pre-order.

Literally the day it launched, shipping charges were turned on.

In hindsight, I wish I had remembered that I posted here about the free shipping. But I was focused on other things and it slipped my mind. So if anyone feels mislead, I sincerely apologize.

Let the public flogging and lashes commence...now.

Good on ya, Greg. I really appreciate it when businesses/business owners take ownership of mistakes. Can't speak for the rest of the world, but in my view, you make it easy for me to feel good about buying from you guys and supporting the company.
