Concept is the same though. Freeze on the walk in, and you'll stay warm in the stand. It doesn't matter how cold it gets down here, I will walk in wearing a t shirt. Even if it's 20°. You freeze for the first 5 minutes or so, then you warm up enough to be OK. By the time you climb up and are getting settled, the cold creeps back in. That's when I throw on my layers. At least for my top. Bottoms I just wear what I need to wear. My legs don't really sweat.I like it!
But...this would be a bit TOO minimalist on Nov 1 in Michigan...

Also, antiperspirant can be applied to more than just your underarms. I had a guy who worked in a freezer turn me onto that trick years ago. Him and his coworkers would put it on their feet.
Most people overdress and wear poor materials. I'll try to find the post I made last year about my first cold hunt of the year. Folks told me I wasn't dressed warmly enough.
