Beautiful pic!!
Was that with the cam cleat. There were a few people that asked for the weight of the stick contraption that @ckossuth and I had. I didn't have any answer other than somewhere betweeen 2 and 2.5 lbs (32 to 40oz). So I weighed it when I got home last night, dead on 2 lbs 3oz (35 oz).
The sticks that Carl and I had that were alike both had a post style attachment on it, my other two one sticks (both the 14" and the 18") had the cam cleats. I will be swapping out the custom button post on my platform style stick to a cam cleat to try. I'm going to bet that the weight will be the same or less. That bolt post on the stick you are referring to on mine is a grade 8, 5/16" carriage bolt with 2 lock nuts and 2 washers. I'm fairly certain that the cam cleat will weigh less than all that. I'll let you know for sure though. Was that with the cam cleat.

Sounds great. You could cut another 2lbs by sending it to me.I just swapped out the button post and strap daisy chain to a cam cleat and piece of amsteel. Essentially no weight change. New weight is 2lbs 2.3oz. So it cut .7 oz, less than an ounce. I love cam cleats, so easy to operate.

I got my camped packed an headed out to hunt an found a mud puddle that was a little deep
Keep an eye on the amsteel. I used it with the cam cleat on a previous project and the cleat scarred it up pretty good. I ended up changing to 6mm accessory cord and that has held up thru 2 seasons now.I just swapped out the button post and strap daisy chain to a cam cleat and piece of amsteel.
