That’s a nice prime yote looks like it may have a “clear” or white belly which commands the highest prices!! The lighter the better for some reason that’s what the buyers want.

CVA Optima for me. I’ve been pretty happy with it.

Very limited sign and no activity for a week or more here. I saw a beauty of a buck on the Friday before Muzzy season. Unfortunately he was out of bow range.

Gotcha, mist have the same or similar Begara fluted barrel. They shoot smooth.

Been a weird season for sure.

Well lost blood and it got too dark. Kind of petered out. Looks like maybe single lung. Just blood coming out the left side it seemed. Found a nice blood pool and then it was spotty. It’s plenty cold so I marked last blood and we’ll start again after hunting in the morning.

Update to this post. My brother sent me this picture yesterday. My nephew was hanging a stand and found this dead head in a ravine not terribly far from where we found last blood. Can’t say with 100% certainty that it’s him but the antlers are in good shape so it must have been from this past season. So most likely it’s him. Sucks the meat went to the coyotes.
