What rope are you using for your tether?Edge of a swamp tonight with favorable light wind and some ok sign beneath me. If I were squirrel hunting this would be a target rich environment. Good luck to all who are out, and be safe.

Get some blood on that new bow!Feeling optimistic. Wind is coming from the same direction deer have predominately arrived from in the past, shifted trees to be a bit closer to where they pass through here. Fingers crossed.

Hell yes!!!@Horn and @DelaWhere_Arrow looks like you guys were right! Thanks!
Sounds about right!Feeling miserable and angry. Every single weather report called for steady SW winds. I need that or a west wind for this to work. Drop milkweed on the way in. All West/SW. Finally stalk to location calmly and quietly. It turns solid NE. Straight into the bedding.

I am a fan. I run a Dryad saddle and it has a unique system where you are attached to the harness and the hammock style saddle. So TX5 made me a custom one with two attachment points. One for the bridge and one for the harness. It’s really really nice. The previous post is the upper for the bridge and this pic is the lower for the harness.Ditto. First time trying it today. Nice nice. My only complaint is it doesn't break as easy as I'd like it to to let out some slack. But the packability is amazing. Can't believe I used 11m for so long. Even oplux feels bulkyI am a fan. I run a Dryad saddle and it has a unique system where you are attached to the harness and the hammock style saddle. First sit I passed on a doe at 22 yards with a fawn, then 15 min later one came in with two fawns and was daring me but I hadn’t had a chance to reassess my judgment on the first. Literally spent 45 min under me out to about 10 yards, most of the time with the fawns on the other side of my tree.I must be getting soft in my old age. I passed on a doe last opening weekend here in Maryland. I couldn’t get myself to shoot her because their was a fawn with her. The fawn had already dropped it spots, so it was already weened, but I just couldn’t pull back on her. Back in the day she would have been taking a ride in the truck. Lol.
Move it upwards a few mm first then it will slide down easily.Nice nice. My only complaint is it doesn't break as easy as I'd like it to to let out some slack. But the packability is amazing. Can't believe I used 11m for so long. Even oplux feels bulky
